I never knew that essential oils could hep in the bedroom 🙂 These blends are amazing!
This is such an important single oil in the Joy and Sensation blends to balance your male and female energies. It both relaxes you and arouses your libido.
This blend can help get your lady parts ready and really put you in the mood. If you forget to use it or don’t have it, there is an amazing tingle personal massage oil to play with between the sheets later on that can take the place of this one.
CAUTION: Do not use this one if you’re pregnant. Save it to use during delivery!
Avoid Clary Sage during or after consumption of alcohol. I’m not sure if this is necessary but have read it somewhere so I wanted to mention it. =)
This beautiful blend is filled with uplifting, refreshing, and arousing aromas. Ylang ylang brings in feelings of self-love, confidence, joy, and peace, and Jasmine is very uplifting and may produce feelings of confidence. A woman had to have created this one right? Mary Young gets credit for this one.
Diffuse this with Orange oil for a beautiful scent and romantic atmosphere.
Blend of Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Lemon, Tangerine, Coriander, Jasmine, Roman Chamomile, Palmarosa, and our beloved ROSE oil. If you don’t know Rose oil is over $180 a bottle and has a frequency of over 300. High-frequency oils are SO amazing for your health both mentally and physically.
This blend helps bring back memories of being loved, and sharing loving times, and helps us open up those blocks in our lives where we have shut down receiving love or self-love. That is powerful. Don’t we all need a little bit of joy in our lives?
Diffusing or using topically over your heart, in between your breasts, and inner thighs is a wonderful way to use this oil. If the scent is a bit too floral, feel free to add some orange oil to help citrus it up.
CAUTION: Avoid the sun for up to twelve hours after applying topically on the chest. Or cover up with clothes outside. The citrus oil can make your skin sensitive to the sun.

I am a MOM of 2 boys. The reason I highlight MOM is because I am on the go All day long and there is days that the stress level is pretty high… My 2 boys are 8 and 10 and are VERY active! I love being active myself but there is days that I just need a BREAK! That’s when Stress Away comes in the picture….
I never leave the house without my oils so when it comes to traveling the oils go with us as well 🙂 Since they’re liquids, therapeutic grade essential oils are subject to the Transportation Safety Administration regulations for liquids. So for the carry on I take the 5ml bottles and my 15ml bottles I put in the luggage just in case. X-ray will lower the frequency of some oils but the frequency will return over time.
If you pack your oils in your checked luggage instead of your carry-on luggage, put the bottles in a securely closed plastic bag just in case some might leak 😉
The best place is to put them on your feet rather than over your heart, on your neck or your wrists. Some passengers might not like the smell and it’s much more intense in the air. What I like to take on the plane specifically is Peace and Calming and Stress Away. My hubby and I take turns inhaling the oils right from the bottle. It helps to relax if there is turbulance. Lemon helps me with landing. My ears always hurt with the pressure and rubbing Lemon oil around the ears helps to pop them within seconds!

I became a Mom. The biggest JOY came into my life after having my first child. I was so excited to finally do such exciting things with my son! Shortly after I realized that things have changed BIG TIME since I was a kid.. I would put my son in the stroller and go walk around and not find a single soul doing the same. But I kept going everyday. After my 2nd son was born I knew I had to find a group of moms that were just like me. Looking around on the internet I came across MEETUP.com On there I found a local group of Moms that would get together everyday and socialize while the kids played! It was life changing for me!!! All my friends worked so this was exactly what I needed. I joined the group and the fun begun! We had stuff on the calendar EVERYDAY so it was easy to stay busy. I met a lot of great moms along the way and my kids created some great friendships. Fast forward a few years my boys started school, and then it all ended. All the meetups were in the morning so we no longer could attend but I knew I had to stay busy 🙂
When my boys started school we got busy with just getting through the day that we forgot about the importance of being present for our kids, and we forgot about the importance of letting our children act like children… They were on their IPads more and watched TV a lot more… We started to notice that the grind of life was getting in the way of our happiness factor and this was really starting to affect our children… So we decided to CHANGE things around.My boys are now in 2nd and 4th grade and everyday after school they do their homework, eat and we go off to our local park or meet up with our friends. It’s great because they don’t have time to sit around and watch TV all afternoon. Because they were around so many kids growing up they have no problems meeting new kids and playing with them 🙂 They love staying busy and I love watching them use their imagination and do exactly what we did . BE KIDS.So, how did we do it? How do we play more and stress less, how do we teach our kids to be kids again? It takes a bit of effort to change routine and a willingness on the part of the parents to let go of some of the structure and to step out of the rat race in order to be more like a kid yourself. The end result will be better health and more happiness for the entire family!
Raising happy healthy kids is not easy, especially in todays world of technology and with pressures of over scheduling and keeping up with the Joneses. Remember, if something feels off, if you notice that your kids happiness level is not where you want it to be, or that they seem stressed out way more than they seem happy, it might be as simple as playing more and structuring less and letting your kids just be who they are and trusting that your love and acceptance and guidance will help them turn into the incredible and secure grownups we know they can someday be.

If you are having bad days like I did today quite often please get your self moving!!! Sitting on the couch being miserable won’t do anything for you. I can’t stretch enough how it all starts with you. YOU need to make a decision to get up everyday and do something great for yourself. Find a gym that makes you want to go too or simply go for a walk. What ever it is you won’t regret it, I promise you. I’m very lucky to have found a place a block away from me that I absolutely love. Im meeting new people everyday and my body is slowly changing. My goal is pretty big but I know with time anything is possible.
So, STOP feeling sorry for yourself and get going! Let’s do this together!!!
