Omg I’m in love with this recipe! This is usually my post workout meal now that fills me up and gives me all the nutrients my muscles need to recover after an intense workout!!!
All you need is:
- 1 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup of Oats
- 1/4 cup of Berries (blueberries are my favorite)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Stevia Packets (or your choice of sugar)
Mix the yogurt with the vanilla extract and stevia . Cook your oats in a separate bowl as desired. Then add the two together and stir in the berries!
