DIY Teachers Gifts

As the school year is coming to an end it’s time to think about all the wonderful teachers. They give so much to our little munchkins, so I like to give them something special at the end of the year 🙂 Since I make my own skincare products I decided why not share with them. My boys help with making the gifts as well and they absolutely love it! So this year we decided to make Sugar Scrub, Happy Roll On and wonderful smelling Bath Salts. Below you will find out how incredibly easy it is to make these 3 things under 10 min!

Stress No More Bath Salts

  • 8 oz Glass Jar
  • 7 oz Epsom Salt
  • 1 tbs Baking Soda
  • 10 drops Stress Away Essential Oil
  • 10 drops of Tangerine Essential Oil

Instructions:
Mix everything together in a glass bowl and put it inside the glass container. It smells devine and melts all the stress away 🙂

Happy Roll On

  • Glass Roll On Bottle
  • 10 drops of Joy Essential Oil
  • 5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
  • 5 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil
  • Carrier oil (I like Grape seed but any organic oil will do)

Instructions:

Add the Essential oils in the Glass bottle first and then top it off with the Carrier oil. This makes a very fresh summer scent that everyone enjoys! Just remember since there are citrus oils in this blend do NOT apply it to your skin and go in the sun. Citrus oils are photosensitive so just don’t forget to mention that to the teacher 🙂

Scrub Away the Year Sugar Scrub

  • 8 oz Glass Jar
  • 7 oz Cane Sugar (or any other sugar will do)
  • 2 tbs Grape seed  oil
  • 10 drops of Lime Oil

Instructions:

Mix everything together in a glass bowl and put it inside the glass container. Apply to skin in the shower and scrub away!
