Be Well Roll On

As much as you love to travel, and I would argue that travel is beneficial and healthy for you, it also puts you in contact with a lot of other people. Even if you are not traveling by air and getting exposed to all the people at airports, you will still be introduced to more people and with more people comes more…… you know.

You know the obvious ways of taking care of yourself by getting good sleep, staying well hydrated, washing your hands frequently with warm water and soap.

DIY Be Well Roller (10ml bottle)

  • 20 drops Lemon
  • 10 drops Frankincense
  • 10 drops Oregano
  • 10 drops Tea Tree
  • 10 drops Thieves
  • 10 drops Peppermint
  • Fill the rest with a carrier oil.

**If it’s for kiddos 3-8 years old, then cut everything down to ¼-½ depending on how sensitive they are.**
