Loose weight with cabbage soup

I absolutely love cabbage soup, I tried many different recipes but I have to say this one is my favorite! The best part is you will pee like a crazy person and loose some of that water weight!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced or chopped
  • 2 peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 bunch shallots or 1 bunch green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbs Onion Powder
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Vegetable Broth 32 oz.
  • 48 ounces V8 vegetable juice
  • 2 (28 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes
  • ​Fill the rest with water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all in large stock pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Refrigerate all leftovers.
  4. Eat as much as you want.
